Q. What type of payment do you accept and is it safe?
A. We use Paypal processing. Yes it's safe. We accept all credit card payments thru Paypal. To ensure your privacy we do not store or receive any of your credit card information.
Q. If a color or size is unavailable, will it be coming back in stock?
A. If you do not see the size or color you need or an item thats sold out please just keep checking back as we re-stock every few days.
Q. Are additional colors available?
A. Yes. We can custom make any color or style thats available on the market however if a color is retired by Nike we can not guarantee getting that color.
Q. Can items be custom-made to order?
A. Yes. Shoes, Phone Cases, Laptop Cases all can be custom made. Please send us an email with your specific needs and we will get back to you with additional information and how to place an order. Email us at: email@example.com
Q. How long is the processing and shipping time?
A. It takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for processing and 2-3 business days shipping. All items will have a tracking number and will be shipped Priority Mail. International orders take 6-10 days shipping.
International Orders are responsible for any duties/taxes due in customs. Please note this is not included in the price or shipping charge and these are not fees from us. You are responsible for those fees. We are not responsible for packages left in customs and unclaimed and we do not offer a refund for unclaimed packages.
Q. Can I expedite my order?
A. Yes. Rush processing is available for an extra charge. Please send us an email if you would like to purchase RUSH processing. firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Do the crystals fall off?
A. We use permanent bonding glue placing each crystal individually. Crystals stay on very securely but over time and wear some may became loose. We send a baggie of stones with every order and if you ever need extra we will gladly send you more.

Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. Since all of our products are custom made at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products.
